At Simply Delicious Lingerie, you satisfaction is of the most highest priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we need to know immediately.

- **Shipping Charges for Return Items:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance at own cost. For defective items, we will bear up to US$10 for each return, unless our warehouse sends you a return label with your order. We highly recommend that you send it back to us via USPS flat rate in a small box for $515

- **Shipping Option or Return Items:When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such , USPS or UPS.

- **Return Order Condition:Only defective items may be returned for a duplicate product exchange. The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
- Items Not Returnable:For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange of swimwear or any lingerie.gerie
- ** NON RETURNABLE are: Lingerie, any "adult only" merchandise, novelty items, toys, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items and any merchandise that is not factory fresh.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned shoes per the warehouse.
- **Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
- **Credits: All credits will be issued within 30-60 statement days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.Credits to accounts for cancellations of orders are applied the same.

Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
